Villa "Can Xavier" has a magnificent outdoor space for a holiday with family or friends, with a large terrace, covered porch where you can dine and barbecue, or go for a walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The villa, on one level, is a classic style, charming villa that will delight you with its comforts.
Upon entering, we follow a corridor. To the left is the living-dining room, which has a table for 6 people, a bar area, comfortable grey sofas and red armchairs in front of the flat screen TV and a fireplace, which you can use in winter to warm up or to spend romantic evenings. To the right are the 3 fully equipped double bedrooms and a bathroom. The first has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, the second also has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and the third has 2 single beds and a radiator. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a bathtub.
The kitchen can be accessed from the hallway or from the living room. The kitchen space is fully equipped, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchenware and many more details. From here you have access to the terrace. To the right there are 2 doors. In the first one, there is a bathroom with shower and in the second one a toilet with washing machine. Under the porch you can enjoy great evenings at the table for 6 people, sunbathe on the 2 sun loungers, or relax on a sofa bed.
The Villa "Can Xavier" is situated in a central and easily accessible location, in a quiet and family-friendly residential area. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, it is fine sandy and quite long, ideal for water sports and families with children. You will easily find all amenities such as shops, restaurants and bars and a wide range of leisure activities for both children and adults as well as nightlife. The weekly street market is held on Friday mornings, where you can enjoy the day along the promenade. From here you can also visit, either by car or by bus, the beautiful villages of Alcúdia or Pollença.
