When you cross it you reach the terrace, which with its garden furniture and a grill invites you to spend pleasant hours outdoors. From the morning you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun and the wonderful view of the sea from the terrace on the top floor.
Only 2 minutes walk you reach the wonderful sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia, which thanks to its clear sand, soft waves and turquoise water is ideal for the whole family. Numerous restaurants, bars and small shops are just around the corner. If you prefer to cook at home, you will also find supermarkets a few steps away.
