From one of the bedrooms on the upper floor, you can directly access the terrace with a small table from where you can enjoy sea views while having breakfast or having an aperitif.
From the living-dining room, there is access to the villa's outdoor areas with a dining area under an awning, the pool area with sun loungers, a ping-pong table and a brick barbecue perfect for preparing meals for 8 people.

In Cala Santanyi with its beautiful beach and the small village of Es Llombards, located 10 minutes by car, you can find restaurants and other commercial establishments.
