Next to the pool there's a terrace which is perfect for a small breakfast. However, the porch is a nice spot for a barbecue with your family. Besides, there's an exterior shower. Children will enjoy the garden with 60m2-sized lawn area. The plot si fenced and there are direct neighbors.
Indoors, a air conditioned living-dining room with satellite-TV (only German and Spanish channels) is open to a small kitchen equipped with vitro hob, oven and cooking utensils. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can choose between three air conditioned bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a trundle bed. The latter has also a desk. The house has one bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.
