Superb traditional Menorquian villa facing the sea in Ses Salines, a unique residential complex consisting of luxury villas where you will also find the Fornells Yacht Club, the Menorca Sailing School and two very good restaurants within two minutes walking distance from the house.
The house is located on a waterfront spot. You can enjoy wonderful views over the bay of Fornells from the garden. It's a great house that has plenty of open spaces for enjoy your holiday both indoors and outdoors.
Outside you can enjoy a magnificent well-maintained garden, a covered terrace at the front and an outdoor dining area next to the swimming pool. There is also a toilette and a shower and a room with additional fridge for drinks and ice machine.
