Kinondoni area is in the midst of everything. Very alive. Neighbors and the locals are friendly and helpful. They embrace their Tanzanian culture. Outside our gate, there is a street passing, and the main road is about 5 min walking from the apartments. Feel free to walk around. It is safe.
