Villa Description
This villa is perfect for groups and families who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay yet be close enough to the attractions and amenities of San Antonio and the Bay. The villa has 7 bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms / A private pool / BBQ / Partial Air Con* / WIFI / Sky Tv / Ipod Dock / Large roof terrace / Out door kitchen area and more.
Inside the Villa
The entrance to the villa takes you in to a small shaded garden area where you can find chairs and a small table – perfect for relaxing and chilling out. Then you are onto the entrance porch where you have 2 sofas, a table and chairs – again shaded by the tall trees so perfect for escaping the sun.
The villa has two main entrances and can be entered here or by the kitchen. The kitchen has all the modern appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle etc) you need for a comfortable stay -Also you can find another small dining table in the kitchen) .
From here you enter the large spacious lounge with 2 x double sofas, coffee table, a sofa bed, 32" TV with Sky (basic channels). From the right of the lounge one door takes you into separate accommodation area with the huge double bedroom, a twin room and en-suite shower room with sink. The door to the left takes you to a hallway and leading from here you will find a bathroom (with bath, shower, sink, and bidet – also 3 more good sized rooms with twin beds and one bedroom with double bed (all of these rooms have ample storage including wardrobes and cabinets etc).
Outdoor Area
Walking down the side of the villa takes you to the outdoor kitchen area where you will find BBQ, sink and another outdoor drinks fridge (so you don't have to walk as far to get that beer from the kitchen). You are at the pool area where you will find loungers / chairs and an outdoor shower. At the pool area the stairs lead up to a massive roof terrace with more loungers – perfect for sun worshipers.
From the pool area you can also find the separate 2 x twin rooms and another toilet and shower room –this separate apartment area can also be enterer independently from the front of the villa. So ideal for groups who require privacy.
Surroundings
This fantastic villa is located in San Antonio Bay, with amenities all within walking distance, there is a supermarket 15 min's walk, a bus stop 5-10mins walk which takes you into San Antonio and San Antonio Bay, numerous cafes/bars and restaurants within 15 min's walk. The fantastic beach of Port des Torrent is 20 min's walk away and here you can also catch a water taxi taking you direct to San Antonio. This villa is located in a great neighbourhood and is perfect for those wanting the peace and quiet of a villa yet being able to have easy access to San Antonio and San Antonio Bay.
Coast / Distances
For beach lovers you have the amazing beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida only a 5 - 10 minute drive. San Antonio is a 5/10 minute drive while Ibiza Town 20 - 25mins
