This wonderful two-bedroom apartment is ideal for visiting Oporto and spending some time at the beach. The quiet environment and pool in the apartment complex make a great stay for solo travelers, couples, and families with children. By bicycle (included) or on foot, it's just 2km from the beach and 600 meters from the train station. It's also close to Gaia's city center and commercial area.

The 2 balconies are wonderful to spend some time. One is faced south, ideal for meals and snacks with a wood table and chairs. The other is faced to the seaside and is wonderful to read a book at sunset.
- It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €50/stay). Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib at a cost of €30 (pre-booking required).
- The sofa bed is only prepared when the number of guests exceeds the available bed capacity. If you wish to use it with fewer guests, an additional fee of 20€ will apply.
- Reservations with animals need confirmation and have an additional cost of €40.
- There is a dossier with detailed rules about the property in digital format whose address is posted in the apartment.
- All guests must present a valid ID.
- There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment (capsules not included).

We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.

- If you choose an in-person check-in, it is important to provide your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the host may need to leave and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior confirmation and have an additional fee of €25;
- Failure to comply with the check-out time requires a payment of €25 for each hour of delay.
- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
