Annexed to the owner's villa and with its own entrance; this traditional Spanish Cassita provides studio-style accommodation for up to 3 guests plus a separate bedroom with ensuite for up to 2 more guests - total 5 guests.
The lounge area has a 2-seater settee, TV with satellite plus free WiFi connection.
The indoor kitchen with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster and all the crockery and cutlery you will want plus the outdoor kitchen with electric grill together with a gas ring for your paella cooking! An iron and ironing board are there so you can take out your creases and there is a large built-in wardrobe to hang your things.
The bathroom was re-fitted a few years ago with washbasin, WC, bidet and shower. There is a king size plus a folding bed - all linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

There is a large private pool, for your exclusive use and wide secluded terraces with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Private garden with citrus trees, grapevines, olives and figs.

Supermarket, bank, shops, bars and coffee shops are all ready for you in the local village some 7 minute drive away - we do recommend you rent a car to make the most of your holiday.
Set very close to the Meridien line; the towns of Denia and Javea are within 25 minutes drive and the beautiful beaches and beach bars of Oliva are just little further away but well worth a visit if it is quiet, soft sandy tanning and swimming you are looking for.
Nearby are some of the oldest and most famous caves in Spain, safari park, numerous walks and cycle routes.
