Beautiful and bright independent villa with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.

It is located in a coastal area not overcrowded.
A part of the beach of Cala Pi, located just three minutes by car, taking a short walk from the house are two descents to the sea (rocks). It is a strangely quiet and often solitary location.

The house has large windows and windows that let the clear and clear Mallorcan light through the house. It also has free Wi-Fi connection.

- For the summer, portable fans. For winter, electric heating in the rooms and butane stove in the living room.

- Portable barbecue, which allows you to locate it in different parts of the garden as appropriate.
