From June to September you can enjoy the communal swimming pool. Designed for 6 guests. Fantastic south orientation, which provides great luminosity and warmth all year round. Direct access from the street independently, after climbing a few steps, the house is accessed from the entrance porch. The townhouse has the following spaces, distributed as follows: GROUND FLOOR - Entrance hall. - Living-dining room. - 1 toilet. FIRST FLOOR - Hall. - 1 bedroom with 150cm bed. - 2 bedrooms with double bed of 135cm. - 2 complete bathrooms. SECOND FLOOR - 360º solarium with panoramic views. The house has been completely refurbished in 2022, making it the ideal place for a relaxing getaway or a long holiday, whatever the season, you deserve this holiday!

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the property. The cleaning fee is high because we use a registered professional company, with all the expenses that this entails. You will have use of the whole property except the basement/garage (private area). A bottle of white wine and some cheese snacks will be waiting for you in the lounge to toast the start of your holiday. As part of the welcome pack, guests will be provided with a sample of shampoo/gel and individual bar of hand soap. Towels, bed linen, blankets, liquid hand soap, etc. are included. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, oven, 200 litre electric boiler... In the drawers and cupboards you will find all kinds of utensils, crockery and glassware. Portable industrial fan, for the hottest months. The rest of the year, the temperature is very pleasant, even in winter. However, you can also make use of a portable oil radiator. Under the bed in the main bedroom, you will find a portable cot, for which you will need to bring your own bed linen. Parking space is included in the flat. Please do not park in front of any neighbour's house.
