This carefully renovated village house with pool is located in a quiet side street, but still central, in the small typical town of Consell, near Santa Maria del Cami and the small romantic village of Alaro, in the center of the island and at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains.
The house is built two-storey. The equipment is modern and high quality.
On the ground floor is the open living room with comfortable large sofa and flat screen, as well as dining table with chairs.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities: dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric. Oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc.
From here a glass door leads onto the terrace with pool and chill out area with gas grill. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes.
On the terrace behind the house is the pool: 6 x 3 m, a covered terrace with chill-out furniture and gas grill, sun loungers and parasols.
