A wonderful house set in natural surroundings with a large garden and swimming pool, full of spaces and nooks perfect for relaxation and rest, located in a quiet area just 10 minutes from Ibiza town and the nearest beaches.
A traditional country house that has been recently and tastefully restored into a splendid villa in the countryside, yet close to amenities, just a couple of kilometres from San Rafael and Ibiza; the nearest beach is less than a 15-minute drive away.
The villa has four double bedrooms (one of them with a 1.35m-wide bed and an extra single bed – should one be needed for a child), two spacious and separate bathrooms, two large living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area on the porch or terrace.
As it is a holiday villa, there are four spacious wooden terraces imported from Bali, Indonesia and Thailand, all very comfortable for relaxing by the pool. One of them has been converted into a sort of wooden tent, and there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
The villa is very pleasant and comfortable, set within a pine forest on a very large plot of land.
