At the back, there is another smaller terrace with direct access to the kitchen, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals comfortably. This modern house is fenced and has direct neighbors. The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and the ceramic hob kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are also on this floor, sharing an en-suite bathroom with shower but with total privacy, since both bedrooms close independently. The first floor is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upstairs, you can find two divans in a space that can be used as a second living room, also with a TV and a small balcony. At the front, you will find the double bed and the en-suite bathroom with access to a balcony overlooking the Sa Ràpita Yacht Club and the sea. On the side of the house, there is a wooden terrace, ideal for enjoying a beautiful evening with friends, preparing a cocktail, or whatever you prefer.
