The beautiful and new house of 300 m2 is 500 m from the beach. On the lower floor is the kitchen, the living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with double shower. In the upper floor there is a large room with dressing room, bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. On the porch there is an area to eat, a rest area with sofas and a well with water. There is a large pool with sunbeds, barbecue, shower, chillout area and swings. In the basement there is a gym and a playground.
A DREAM! It is a beautiful villa with a very personal interior and exterior decoration, with unique details that make it a special and peculiar accommodation. The furniture is rustic-modern. In the dining room there is a table for 10 people in glass, with natural stone feet and spectacular chairs. Equipped with a large sofa and a flat screen television. The decoration of the kitchen makes this a special place to cook. The bathrooms are double shower tray and natural stone sinks. The furniture of the rooms are handmade, with a special style, tastefully manufactured from wooden pallets. The superior room is very large and spacious, with a full bathroom with double shower and bathtub with hydromassage and a large wooden dressing room, very peculiar. From this room you can access a large terrace with incredible views of the sea and different areas of the town.
On the outside there is a porch with large wooden beams with a fresh water well, some handmade pallets sofas, a large wooden table for ten people and beautiful plants that make this space an ideal place to rest.
Outside there is a new pool of dimensions 3'5 x 7 meters, with a decorative jug that emanates water into the interior of it, giving it a unique and relaxing style when listening to the water fall. Surrounded by hammocks to sunbathe and relax reading a book.
There is an outdoor play area with a large swing and a slide, where the little ones will enjoy their moments.
A large barbecue will allow you to enjoy a good barbecue dinner.
In the lower part of the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a wood-burning stove with firewood.
In the garage-basement there is a fitness area with an elliptical, a multifunction machine, a bench and a TRX, as well as a ball of pilates, ropes and other objects to do a good gym class and stay in shape even while vacation. There is also a play area with a ping-pong table, a multi-game table, a basketball basket, a soccer goal and a bull's eye on the wall. Also an area where children can draw tables and chairs for children, a blackboard, cribs, dolls ....
