Casa Yaiza is a spacious, recently modernised villa located in the village of Tias, just 5 minutes drive from the beach.
The villa is set in very secluded, private grounds and gets the sun all day. The large terrace area has seating and sunbeds for 6, a built in BBQ and a heated swimming pool.
The front door leads you into the dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Adjoining is the spacious living area with comfortable seating for more than 6 people. For your entertainment, there is a 32 inch flat screen TV with satellite in both English and German. Internet access available (WIFI).
The seperate kitchen is fitted with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. This leads to a covered solana area with an additional fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
