This flat is right on the beach and offers a quiet home for 2-6 guests. Playa de Muro is famous for being one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants and a bus station. It is recommended to visit the old town of Alcúdia, the lighthouse of Formentor or the market of Sineu, which takes place every Wednesday. A car is not necessary, unless you want to move around a lot on the island. Start the day with a long breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. In the garden, you can enjoy the sun on one of the 4 sun beds or take a dip in the sea. The terrace gives access to the living-dining room with satellite TV and comfortable sofa. The separate kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, filter coffee machine and gas cooker. For relaxation, there are three bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, the third bedroom has a fan. Apart from that, there is another separate bathroom with shower, cot/crib, a washing machine and fast Wifi. Please note: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival. Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
