The living area has a large bright window facing the back decked garden, a large comfortable sofa with two arm chairs, stereo, DVD player and a Smart 40” television with a full UK & international satellite package, tucked away from view inside a wooden cabinet. A beautiful Balinese fan hangs delicately above the seating area, giving a cool and gentle breeze during the warmer summer months.
The dining area is lit with hanging ceiling lights and has a large teak dining table which comfortably sits 6 people, situated next to the double doors leading to the rear decked garden with outstanding views of the mountains.
A new fully equipped kitchen includes a state-of-the-art induction hob with internal exhaust, electric oven, a combi microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière and filter coffee machine.

The exposed beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors of the first-floor incorporate simplicity with traditional Mallorquin design. Two arched windows help to bring in the daylight and the staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two large bedrooms and main bathroom.
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed with bedside tables and a Balinese hand carved chest of drawers and round mirror as well as an extra-large wardrobe with all the space you could need. A safe is also included for you to store your valuables. Double doors lead out onto your private balcony with breath-taking views of the majestic mountains and the raw beauty of Betlem. This overlooks the rear garden and swimming pool area. A pair of comfortable wicker chairs make for the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the tranquillity.
A second bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables, another large wardrobe and double doors leading out onto a small balcony with views of the sea in the distance. Colourful artwork brings the room to life.
