This cozy vacation home is located 20 minutes by car from the north coast and dream beaches like Playa de Muro. Maria de Salut is an authentic, quiet village with character, which is an ideal starting point for cycling tours. Besides the beaches and the numerous bike tours you can do here, the area is known for its bodegas and good wine, the weekly market of Sineu, which takes place every Wednesday, and the Tramuntana mountains, which extend further west and offer charming villages like Valldemossa and Deià.
The upper terrace of the two-story vacation home is without question a real highlight all year round. This is ensured by the sun loungers, which invite you to relax after an eventful day as well as the Jacuzzi which invites you to have a break after a day full of activities. Next to it is the covered veranda with a kettle grill. The stairs lead down to another terrace, which has been designed with great attention to detail - note the old bicycle that now adorns the wall. A guest toilet is also available and is located next to the old stone oven. Here you can prepare delicious pizzas.
The interior of this lovely house has been designed lovingly and with great taste. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen and offers a comfortable sofa and a large dining table around which 6 guests can sit. Furthermore, there is a TV with satellite reception and wifi available. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers among other things a dishwasher, induction stove, a filter coffee machine and a capsule machine for Dolçe Gusto capsules. Here you can vacation both in summer and winter, as air conditioning and a wood stove are available. There are a total of 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and the second in the hallway where the bedrooms are located.
The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with 2 single beds each, which can be put together if needed. The two full bathrooms, one on each floor, offer a shower and hairdryer. The absolute highlight of the house is the small but nice bicycle workshop, so that you can keep your bike in good shape even on vacation. Gladly a baby crib and a high chair are provided.
