Just a 10 minutes’ drive from Palma de Mallorca, this lovely chalet with private pool and tennis court welcomes 8 people. The house is in a quiet urbanisation, called Es Garrovers, 15 km from the fine grained sand beach Cala Major with many restaurants, bars and shops. In the south, you can explore lots of wonderful beaches like Illetas, Portals Nous or S’Arenal. Virgin beaches can be found in the Southeast, among others Es Trenc, Ses Covetes or Es Caragol. The islands’ capital, Palma, is not only famous for the La Seu Cathedral but also for the romantic alleys, the picturesque old town, patios decorated with typical Mediterranean flower pots, museums and art galleries, chic boutiques and tasty food. Festival Park is an outlet with many clothes shops, restaurants and a cinema, about 10 minutes’ by car from the house. 7 km away, there’s a big supermarket called Alcampo and the next golf course Son Vida is 14 km from Can Marçal. What’s about starting your day with a refreshing dip in the 50m2 sized private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.8 to 2.2 meters? Or maybe you fancy laying down on one of the 10 sun loungers and get a nice summer tan? Next to the pool you can share a bottle of wine with friends and family at the porch or prepare a tasty barbecue for your loved ones. If you’re into sports, you will love this house as it has a private tennis court with rackets and balls. When entering the house, there’s a cosy living area where you can watch television (SAT-channels), surf on the internet (free WiFi) or enjoy laughs and talks with your friends. The living room with AC is open to the well equipped kitchen, including an induction hob. Especially if you travel with kids, a washing machine and an iron with ironing board is important. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, two with a double bed and one with a trundle bed which is ideal for 2 kids. There’s a bath with bathtub and a second, huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. The staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the fourth bedroom with double bed and a separate toilet. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair free of charge. Mind that the fireplace is not available for use. You can park for free on the street, in front of the house. To consider: Electricity fee: 0.25€/kW, on site, pending on consumption (October to June) There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. Both the electricity and the Ecotasa will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. As required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
