All 3 bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer; as well as access to a balcony or terrace. In addition, there is Wifi, satellite TV and a complete kitchen equipment. The house has been lovingly restored, preserving its authentic style. Cot and high chair on request. The master bedroom on the first floor has an air conditioning unit. The other bedroom upstairs doesn't have air conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air from the larger bedroom will still cool the room. The bedroom on the ground floor doesn't have air conditioning either, but if you leave the door open, the air from the living room is enough to cool the room.
Please note:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
