Positive: The territory where the house is located is very nice and well maintained. We really appreciated having a tennis court on the property. The apartment is very close to the sea, which was a big plus. Although it’s quite far from a shop, it’s conveniently close to the main street and within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants. The wardrobes were spacious, and there was enough storage space for our belongings. We also really liked the towels — they were of good quality and a pleasant touch.

Negative: The kitchen was in very poor condition and felt completely unprepared for guests. The cutlery and kitchenware looked old and worn, as if left over from many years ago — a tiny cutting board, chipped cups, and only one knife, which wasn’t sharp enough to use comfortably. The kitchen was extremely cold, making it impossible to eat there, likely because the apartment is designed more for summer stays. Unfortunately, the overall cold temperature in the apartment affected our stay, and the kids even got sick. Another issue was the lack of space to hang or store winter coats. Since it was winter, we had to keep our coats on the sofa, which made the living room difficult to use as a proper common area.
