Positive: Liked the split level layout. Good to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. Also lovely view. Very quiet area. Easy reach of El Portet beach and Moraira. Plentiful supply of crockery although a little mismatched and chipped. Good supply of towels.

Negative: Definite needs a bit of upgrading to bring up to standard. Furniture, particularly outside, needs replacing. Advertised as having air con - only one unit in lounge not in bedrooms. Advertised as having four bathrooms, only three. Shower unusable downstairs as kept falling off fixing. Pool not clean. Had to ring host to get maintenance men to turn on the filter. Some tiles need replacing in pool. My husband and son in law, cut their toes on sharp tile. Lots of old furniture, sun loungers and mattresses left on one terrace. Trees and greenery need cutting back. This villa could be so nice - just needs some upgrading.
