The beautiful, Mediterranean and perfectly situated "Villa Vistamar" is located in Canyamel, in the Capdepera region, in the Costa de Canyamel in the northeast of the island, not far from Cala Ratjada, Arta, Cala Millor and Capdepera. The "Villa Vistamar" is surrounded by impressive nature and forests and is located at the end of a quiet mountain road with a unique and breathtaking 180 degree view of the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with its three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The five sea view terraces (two large and three smaller ones) have a dining table with chairs for 6 people, a total of 8 sun loungers, a large Jacuzzi and a gas barbecue. The large sea view roof terrace also has a cosy lounge and the breathtaking sea view invites you to relax and dream all day long. The main terrace also has a separate outdoor shower.
The house has both space heaters and four cold/hot air conditioners, three of which are in the upper sleeping area and one in the lower living area. Furthermore, the house has a large, open plan and fully equipped living, dining and kitchen area. The living area includes a 55 inch Smart TV, incl. free NETFLIX and AMAZON Prime access, free 300.000 mbit/s fast WiFi and a large fireplace. Also in the house is a dining table for 6 people in the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Jura coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, microwave and a large refrigerator, including Crash-Ice option. In another adjoining room there is a washing machine, dryer, freezer, hoover and a clothes horse. The two full bathrooms each contain a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The three sea view double bedrooms (two 160x200, one 180x200) have ample dressers or wardrobes. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a 43 inch Smart TV. Bed linen, towels and shower towels are provided. There is no through traffic on the road leading to the house and parking is directly in front of the house.
The house impresses with its perfect, quiet sea view location and the short distances to the hot spots and sports activities of the region. The sea view from every room of the house, as well as from the two large and three smaller terraces, is spectacular, and there are few houses that have such a 180 degree sea view. The location is not only perfect because of the fascinating nature, the sea view and the quiet villa location, but also because the area around Canyamel offers ideal conditions for golfers, tennis players, cyclists, hikers, beach goers and surfers.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa are three 18-hole golf courses (Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf, Pula Golf), a 16-court tennis complex (including 6 floodlit courts), the Cap Vermell Country Club with a variety of high-class sports and lifestyle offers, several kilometres of cycle paths for racing and mountain bike enthusiasts, the largest natural hiking area and some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca (Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Platja de Canyamel). The small bay Cala Rotja with its top restaurant is two minutes away from the house, the beach of Canyamel can be reached in about 4 minutes and the other beaches Cala Agulla (great white sandy main beach of Cala Ratjada), Cala Mesquida (beautiful natural beach with hiking trails over the dunes) in about 10 minutes. In addition, there are a number of smaller, beautiful bays, beaches and other places of interest in the immediate vicinity.
The towns of Cala Ratjada, Arta, Cala Millor and Capedpera can be reached within approx. 10 min. In addition to various top, star-rated and inexpensive regional restaurants in Canyamel, a variety of other restaurants of all types are also within easy reach in the towns around Canyamel, as are the restaurant promenades in Cala Ratjada and Call Millor. Smaller supermarkets and bakeries can be found directly in Canyamel (approx. 4 min. from the house), large discounters such as Lidl, Aldi, etc. and other shopping facilities can be reached within approx. 10 min. The old towns of Arta and Capdepera with their famous weekly markets are wonderful destinations for excursions and the nightlife of Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor invite you to go out.
The airport and Palma are approx. 50-60 min. away. A car is recommended, the distance indicated is in minutes by car.
