Positive: The villa was lovely, Driveway with gates and great pool area. The pool goes from 1 metre deep down to 2 metres at the deepest part of the pool. 6 Sunbeds with parasols for shade if required. The terrace has very comfortable seats. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms - 2 double and 1 twin. 1 of the doubles has an en-suite shower room. The other bathroom has a bath/shower. Plenty of handing space and drawers in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped including kettle, microwave, coffee machine (filter) and has a small freezer - perfect for ice cubes! The lounge has a very comfortable sofa, TV which you can log in to your TV apps (NetFlix etc) if you want to. In the corner is a very well stocked book shelf. The owner had left a folder showing how to use the air conditioning in the bedrooms, as well as a few suggestions on places to visit/restaurants etc. We visited Club Menorca in Cala'n Porter for 2 evening meals. This is 1 to visit, The views over Cala'n Porter are spectacular and can even see Mallorca from here on a clear day and the food is superb. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough - already considering 2 weeks next year.
