Set on the south side of the cliffs overlooking the cool Mediterranean sea, Villa Rosh is a tranquil getaway with ample room for 2 large families or one large group.A modern 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property that boasts the most spectacular views that Javea has to offer. There are 3 bedroom on this level, the designer Master bedroom with king size bed with amazing vista´s from the 180 degree curved gable full length windows. The master bedroom also benefits from a large modern en-suite bathroom; the other 2 bedrooms are a king size and a twin sharing the large family bathroom. Leading from the living room up the stairs you enter the TV “snug” with bean bags and comfortable furnishings for a night in front of a movie. Enjoy the breath-taking sunrises from the terrace next to the living room while drinking a glass of something cold and refreshing or just enjoying the sea breeze. From the lower level is an exterior staircase leading to the amazing infinity pool and cold waterjacuzzi.The brick BBQ area features a gas and charcoal BBQ optionunder a large covered terrace adjacent to the pool area.
The driveway with secure gates can accommodate 1 car and the night lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for lazy hot nights by the pool.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €30.00 per night.
The jacuzzi can also be heated in the winter months only at an extra charge of €20.00 per night.

Golf: Within 20 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Jávea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.
