The villa is distributed over two floors and can be accessed via a ramp or stairs.
On the main floor there is the living-dining area, equipped with Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, with direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a capsule coffee machine. This floor also features a guest toilet with WC and washbasin. From the living room, there is access to a large and pleasant covered outdoor terrace, with a built-in barbecue, offering magnificent sea views.
On the lower floor are the three double bedrooms, all with direct access to the terrace and sea views. One bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
