The beautiful and well cared garden will attract our guests in such a way that they'll wish to stay at home forever. It features a wonderful salt water pool -sizing 10.8 x 5.5 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.6 to 1.8 metres-, 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun beams or relax under the parasol and a great built-in barbecue for those who love grilled meats and vegetables. You can enjoy all the succulent recipes at the terrace by the pool. You can also spend a great time playing table tennis at the top terrace while admiring the greenery of the views.This two storey house, boasting pure modernity and comfort, offers a spacious living - dining room with a large sofa, satellite TV, AC and a spectacular fish tank. Next you find the joyful kitchen which is equipped with a gas as well a ceramic hob, oven, dining table and direct access to the terrace. The laundry room presents a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, all of them with AC and a closet but one that has a walk-in closet. Two of the bedrooms still are on the main floor, one with a double bed and a an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and independent shower, and the other with twin beds. Upstairs you find the other two bedrooms, both with a double bed in each and one with an en-suite bathroom with a tub.
