The 28.000 m² plot includes the private pool, garden, several terraces and porches and the wonderful villa with natural stone lined facade. Have a drink at night on the front terrace and enjoy the romantic scenery. The porch equipped with a barbecue, gas cooker and dishwasher overlooks the 12 x 4 meter sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.7 meters. The pool lights illuminate the pool area during the night so you can enjoy a midnight swim. Around the pool, there's a terrace and a garden area with 10 sun loungers.Interiors are designed with a modern simplicity and high quality furniture that will make you feel at home; not forgetting the amazing views to the fields and forest. The villa could have been served as a template for a glossy interior design magazine; comprising an air conditioned living room with satellite-TV, a stylish and spacious dining room and a modern kitchen including a vitro hob, oven, microwave and kitchenware. There's one classy twin bedroom and a shower bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bath is on the first floor, same like the remaining two twin rooms (one of them with a shower bath en-suite). Besides, there are two more shower baths on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and A/C and two rooms have access to a terrace. If you come with your baby, we can supply up to two cots and high chairs. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The villa is just 70 meters from the main street that connects Portocolom and Felanitx and it may be that you hear the street from time to time. A short drive takes you to Felanitx where you can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you'll need for an independent stay. If the beach is what you're looking for, you can visit Cala Marçal, Cala Murada, Cala Domingos and much more. There is exterior parking for 5 cars. Pets are not allowed.
