Nice house located in the center of Cap d'Artruix. Villa in a Calssic Mediterranean style with a dining room to accommodate up to 5 people. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom. Both bathrooms with bathtubs and hair dryers. In the main room there is a safe without a combination. The very well-equipped kitchen consists of an oven, electric hob washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with capsules and filter coffee maker.
The living room has a TV with digital channels, free WIFI for customers, and gives access to a pleasent porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. The outdoor area houses a built-in barbecue overlooking the pool and a beautiful well-kept garden.
