The 9m by 3m heated private pool is exclusively available to you.

The spacious salon is divided into a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs as well as a cozy seating area that invites you to relax and watch TV. With the high-speed WiFi that works throughout the house, you can easily surf the net anywhere and watch Netflix and You Tube on the internet-enabled TV.
All rooms in the house have direct access to the pool area. The salon can be opened completely, so that the inside and the outside seem to merge.
Through the large windows you also have a fantastic view of the surrounding volcanic landscape from the inside.
In the spacious outdoor area there is a dining table with seating for 4 people, 4 sun loungers, 1 parasol and another seating for 2 people. Thanks to the sliding elements attached to the terrace, very individual shadow areas can be created. The perfect place to watch the breathtaking sunsets.
