There is access to a large terrace both from the living room and the dining room through glass doors. All windows and doors are protected with bars. • On the first floor: 4 double rooms, of which 2 with sea views; a full bathroom and a separate toilet. On the side of the house, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs where you can eat if there is a lot of sun on the front terrace. In addition, it is close to the barbecue that is placed in the garden so that smoke does not rise to the rooms. In front of the house there is a space to park a vehicle. The house has a pool of 7 mx 3m. Access to it from the terrace is protected by a small door to prevent small children from going down without the parents noticing.
