The lively Port de Pollensa, which is in approx. 10 minutes travelling distance, has a beautiful seaside promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. The long bay offers exellent conditions for surfering and sailing and some family friendly beaches.

The ample living area is on the groundfloor and consists of a seperate dining romm, large livingroom with large windows and spectacular views up to the sea and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Both living area and kitchen have direct access to the terrace and pool area. All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. 2 bedrooms, one with kingsize, one with twinbeds, are set on the groundfloor. Two more bedrooms equally one with kingsize, one with twinbeds are on the first floor.
