Welcome to this majestic and luxurious 4-storey house located near the beach of Can Picafort. With all its comforts and simplicity at the same time, it becomes a dreamy home for 12 guests.
Those who love the warm weather, the sea and its fine and white sand and the crystalline waters won't dream a better place for their stay in the island. Imagine the delight of refreshing in the salted waters in just a few steps, sunbathe or even playing a volley ball match. But, anyway, don't forget that before all that you will get some extra energy with a delicious breakfast at any of the great furnished terraces with views over the Mediterranean sea. You will find sun loungers in all the terraces so that you can enjoy the sun and maybe a relaxing moment with a good reading. You can also enjoy a delicious barbecue.The recently built impressive house has 4 floors, although the upper floor only has a terrace. The first and the second floor offer an immense living-dining room with TV, one toilet and 3 bedrooms with two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom each. All of them offer a TV, and all of the first and the second floor have a wardrobe and a little balcony, the perfect corner for reading. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room of the ground floor and is equipped with an induction top and all necessary to cook. There's a toilet on the ground floor. Up to 3 cots and high chairs are available. All TV sets offer satellite channels and all house features duct air-conditioning for your best comfort.Son Bauló is a quiet area of Can Picafort, a coast village where you will find all services and entertainments like fashion shops, grocery shops, lots of seashore bars and restaurants of all kinds. Its promenade is perfect for long walks while having an ice cream. You can make an excursion to Son real or even to Son Serra de Marina, one of the most quiet areas of the island. Other near beaches are Colonia de Sant Pere, Playas de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can practice a variety of water sports like windsurf and diving or rent a kayac and to plough through the water . If you prefer a more cultural and gastronomic visit, go to Alcudia on Tuesday or Sunday and get lots in the large street market where you can buy local products.The owner will present you with an almond cake and a bottle of Mallorcan wine.Pets are allowed.
