Positive: Beautiful and spatious house in a perfect location. The views are amazing. Perfect sized pool. 6 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, all spatious. Hard beds (compared to Scandinavian beds). The house didn’t feel clean and fresh. There was no dust, hair etc on the floors but the floors have probably not been mopped in ages. The plates and utensils were not clean when we got there, nor was the coffee maker that was broke. The kitchen is big and needs an update. It is not well equipped which would be easy to fix (there is only one cutting board for instance). A trip to IKEA would be an easy quick fix! It was easy to get in touch with the hosts (a company) during office hours (we had to wait 1,5 day since we arrived on a Saturday) and they were very helpful. They came over with a coffee maker and offered cleaning. All in all, we loved the house and had a great stay! Our expectations were high, but the only thing that was disappointing was that the house was more worn down and not as clean as expected. We rented at the end of the season so the price felt right. I would definitely rent it again, but not to another rate than the low season rate. I would expect a cleaner and more well equipped house at a higher rate!
