The perfect place to retreat, just the sea, sun, your own garden and pool, sailing boats... In particular, when we hear "Addaia" we think of sailing boats because of the pretty little marina. Villas, houses, apartments, painted in the typical Menorcan white colour, buildings of different styles, but each one charming in its own way, forming a set that could be a symbol of the ideal vacation. Carefully maintained vegetation complete this impression. The coast is particularly appealing, with small islands and narrow lagoons forming a landscape of great natural beauty.
Villa Joaquina, like its surroundings, is kept in a traditional style, lots of wood, white paint, as is a must for a Menorcan house. The bedrooms are painted in friendly colours. Fully geared towards family holidays, everyone can feel at home here, everyone can discover their favourite corner, be it on one of the wonderfully shady terraces, be it by the inviting blue pool, for the water lovers.
Villa Joaquina has four bedrooms, one with a double bed, the others with single beds, all of them with direct access to a terrace and with air conditioning. There is a living and dining room, also with air conditioning. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as all the other appliances and utensils a kitchen should have. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a large elegant bathtub.
In Addaia you will find several restaurants, a supermarket and a diving school. Very close by is the holiday resort of Arenal d'en Castell, where there is a wider gastronomic and commercial offer. The famous "Camí de Cavalls" crosses the Addaia urbanization and gives the possibility of fantastic excursions on foot or by bicycle.
