This vacation home for 8 people is located directly on the beach access of Cala Llombards. So to speak, the largest pool of the island is at your feet. The house was extensively renovated in 2022 and equipped with every comfort. It has a large living / dining room with open kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace. This is where life happens in the summer. Have breakfast, gather to discuss the day, chill & enjoy and barbecue on the Weber grill in the evening. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bathroom is on the first level. Also from the bedrooms you have access to a large terrace with great views over the pines. Here you can retreat and enjoy your vacation reading or listen to the cicadas. The roof terrace is located at the very top. Also from here you look into nature pure! There is another smaller room for those who need to retire during the vacation to do some things on the PC.

In just a minute, your feet touch the fine white sand and you're bathing in the aquamarine waters of Cala Llombards. You'll dive into the waves before breakfast, linger on your terrace watching the action at your feet, and then throw yourself into the cool water again around mid-afternoon. So you don't bring the sand of the whole bay into the house, there's an outdoor shower and a watering hole with a hose so you can rinse off. There is room for three vehicles right in the driveway below the house. This is super convenient because it can get crowded in the bay during the summer.
