DESCRIPTION: This pretty villa is distributed over one floor accessed by a few steps, it has a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto an elegant and bright living room with fireplace connected with a spacious dining room that offers views of the grounds and the vegetation. On the same floor there are two bedrooms (both with double beds and one with television) as well as two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath). By the external staircase we reach the upper floor where there is a pleasant terrace-solarium perfect for relaxation.
EXTERIOR: Outside the villa has a small covered terrace with a dining table to enjoy delicious meals shaded from the sun. There is a swimming pool with shower and at its side a rest area with artificial grass, sunbeds and a small table. Close to the pool there is a barbecue to prepare those good paellas or grills. In addition there is a second area with artificial grass and fine gravel but this time for the smallest because it has a badminton net and a football goal. The plot is completely enclosed and surrounded by trees and plants.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a nice area of Benissa with very good restaurants nearby. Only 1.4km away you'll will find the famous Tennis Club of Buenavista and within a radius of 3kms we will find the beautiful sandy beaches and marvellous creeks of crystal clear water.
