Beautiful chalet with private pool in the quiet urbanisation of Sa Torre, for 8 - 10 guests.
In this chalet you can enjoy a beautiful plot, full of vegetation, where a chlorine pool that is 9 x 4 m large and up to 1.8 m depth is the great star of the house. It is surrounded by a wide terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a cosy table to have some drinks. From here you gain access to the fenced porch, ideal for families with children, where you find an amazing stay with a sofa and armchairs. A table with chairs invites you to have breakfast and welcomes you to the interior of the house. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.
The interior of the chalet is distributed into two heights. On the main floor, there is a large living-dining room where to relax watching a film on TV-SAT and enjoying the air conditioning. The modern kitchen is equipped with induction hob and much more. Next to it, there is the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Then, you will find a dormitory with two single beds and garden views, apart from a shower bathroom on this same floor. Going upstairs, there are the rest of the bedrooms with double bed and one of them also has an en-suite hydromassage bathtub bathroom. All of them have boast wardrobe, A/C and an exit to the terrace on the first floor, just perfect to enjoy such spectacular views over Palma bay on the comfortable sofa. For 2 additional guests, we can also prepare you up to two folding beds. This floor is completed with a bathtub bathroom.
The house is close to the sea, not far from the rocky coast, reason for which it is ideal for families as well as to disconnect. The nearest beach is s’Arenal, at 9km, with quick access over the highway. Palma is also really close and there you will find all sorts of services and both gastronomical and leisure offers. Golf Maioris is only 1,5 km away from the house.
