Very pretty house, ideally located near the beaches and the village, for family vacations.
The house is located on a large plot of land with pine trees.
It consists of two parts:

A French window opens onto a very large, spacious and bright room where the living room and the dining room are. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access is available.
Continuing, on the bottom, 2 bedrooms, separated by an individual toilet.
On the right, first, the kitchen, fully equipped, fridge freezer, oven, hob, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.
Right after the kitchen is the fully renovated bathroom with a shower.
The second part is downstairs, at the garage level which has been transformed with a double bedroom as well as a bathroom, shower and wc.
The villa is ideally located. You can stay there without touching the car because everything is nearby.
The region of L'Escala is a gold mine with its coastline its typical villages where you can practice a multitude of activities.
