This quiet area is close to the sandy beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, and Ses Salinas (1,900 m, about 6 minutes by bike). The south-facing natural stone villa offers a heated private pool and a large, secluded property. Sun loungers, a large parasol, a solar shower, as well as a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas grill are available. The rooftop terrace, accessible from outside, is equipped with two loungers and a lounge set, offering views toward Es Trenc beach.
