Villa Ca'n Singala is well located in the exclusive residential area of Can Singala, an excellent place for vacation rental, just 2 minutes from the sea, in Puerto de Pollensa. The center of the port is a comfortable 20-minute walk through the famous pinewalk next to the sea, passing bars, restaurants and shops along the way. In the house you enter, through its garden, a large lobby, on the right is the comfortably furnished living room, which has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player, overlooking the garden and with doors to the summer lounge , which is located on a paved terrace covered by a white awning. On the left is the winter dining room, which comfortably seats 8 people overlooking the garden.
At the end of the spacious lobby on the right, there is a well-equipped kitchen access door with a breakfast unit with a table / bar, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, hob and microwave.
