Contemporary style villa located in the exclusive area of Cala Estancia (belonging to Ca'n Pastilla), just 500m from the beach.
The beach Cala Estancia, awarded with Blue Flag, has an extension of 220m by 37m wide, composed mainly of white sand and calm waters. It has regular services such as bus, urban parking, rental of umbrellas and hammocks, water sports and even is suitable for diving.
The house of new construction is distributed on three floors. The ground floor consists of a large and cozy open living room, where you can comfortably enjoy from the sofa a wide selection of TV channels (Astra satellite), DVD player, Freeview and WIFI connection.
The dining area, with an extendable table, is located between the living room and the kitchen, with exceptional natural lighting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: American fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a modern smoke extractor. It consists of a central island, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or snack.
It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and iron.
On this same floor we find a room with a single bed and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor has 3 double bedrooms. One of them with double bed and full bathroom en suite, equipped with a beautiful hydromassage bath. The other two rooms are composed of 2 single beds each, and share a bathroom with bath, located in the corridor.
On the upper floor there is the last room, with two single beds and the possibility of adding 2 extra beds.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and protected from external noise, thanks to the double glazing of all the windows.
The large balconies (safe for children) offer the possibility to relax or sunbathe.
On the terrace, protected from the sun, you can enjoy the barbecue and magnificent lunches and dinners overlooking the private pool, as well as a ping pong table and darts game.
The villa has a garden and a large area where you can relax and sunbathe around the pool.
Near the villa you can enjoy different activities and attractions such as: golf course, horse riding center, Palma Aquarium (one of the largest in Europe), many cycle routes, natural and quiet beaches, wellness SPA to relax, club Beach and restaurants only a few minutes away.
