Villa Beatrice is a fully licensed 'Vacation Rental Home' perfectly located approximately a five minute walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so a car is not required.
The Blue Flag sandy beach of Las Cucharas is about a ten-minute stroll and here there are an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. Pueblo Marinero is around sixteen minutes walk and this is where the market is held on Fridays. There is a basketball court which is free to use, and a childrens play area just a few minutes walk away.
Villa Beatrice is modern and up to date; comfortably and tastefully furnished with all the essentials needed for a perfect relaxing holiday. Villa Beatrice has free internet, WIFI, English TV and radio channels and private parking space.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises a full size electric oven ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer. A filtered system for drinking water negates the need to lug heavy bottles into the villa. A separate utility room is equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a Nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee pod machine and a normal coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a brand new full en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. There are two further bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. There is a second family bathroom with a large curved glass shower enclosure
The open plan lounge dining area is exceptionally bright and spacious and has a full size dining table offering seating for six people. A single step down leads to the lounge area where there are new leather sofas.
The spacious walled rear patio area boasts a superb, newly refurbished heated private pool. This has easy access steps rather than a ladder, and a convenient handrail to make entry and exit easier for all ages. The patio area is extremely private and there are six sun loungers, and a beautiful mosaic dining table and quality chairs. The large BBQ and outdoor preparation area will further help you to enjoy outdoor living.
Villa Beatrice is in a quiet cul-de-sac with all amenities within easy walking distance.The sandy beach at Las Cucharas is around 10 minutes’ walk and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the immediate location so a car is not necessary. The Aquarium is just a five-minute stroll away and the Aquapark and the 18 hole Costa Teguise Golf Course is just a few minute taxi drive.
Bookings are normally from 2 PM on day of arrival to 10 AM on the day of departure. If you have different requirements for check in or out, please let us know as we aim to be as flexible as possible.
Changeover day is flexible in low season.
