Villa Bahía Grande is located in the seaside urbanisation with the same name in the South of Mallorca. This village is very popular with an international crowd, thanks to its proximity to the island's capital Palma de Mallorca. It has a shopping centre, restaurants and sports facilities, which are all in walking distance. The cliffy coastline is a short walk of 300 m. The closest sea access is at 1,5 kilometres and the next sandy beach at 8 kilometres distance. The Maioris/Puig de Ros golf course is only a short ride away as is the Playa de Palma/El Arena, which offers a long sandy beach, restaurants, nightlife and shops. Palma de Mallorca, the fascinating capital of the island, is at 25 minutes travelling distance and offers anything from nightlife, to shopping and sight seeing.
Villa Bahia Grande is a modern house with up to date amenities. The bright, open plan living area offers a lounge with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table in the centre. The master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and walk in closet is also on the ground floor, just as two bedrooms which are sharing one bathroom. These two bedrooms have a mutual door towards the living area and are connected by a short corridor. This makes them ideal to be shared by 2 adults and two children or 4 children. One of those bedrooms is fitted with bunk beds, the other one has a double bed. All bedrooms of the ground floor are facing towards the back of the plot and are fitted with automatic blinds.
An open staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor bedroom with bathroom en-suite and exit to the large terrace.
Villa Bahía Grande has beautifully designed outdoor area with pool and a large terrace. The second terrace is on the first floor, the best place for a relaxed sundowner! There is also a well equipped fitness area on this terrace. Both terraces are fitted with upper range lounge furniture.
