Villa Azul Mar is a wonderfully modern villa with an open floor plan and three of the four bedrooms leading off the main living area at pool level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom or a separate bathroom, so there are no conflicts in the morning. On the second floor is a large master suite with its own balcony, dressing area and large ensuite bathroom. For an added touch of opulence, there is also an L-shaped sofa overlooking the sea. The outdoor area is also well equipped with a pergola under which you can take all your meals, comfortable lounge seating, and a ping pong table and pool table. From your living space, you have huge patio doors, so your pool terrace is always invitingly in view. From the second floor of the villa you have a fantastic view of the sea and back to Calpe and its famous rock (Peñon de Ifach). You are also within walking distance of the Ifach golf course, if you like to play golf and feel like playing nine holes. All in all, we are sure you will enjoy this villa ? it is a really great vacation home. This property has artfully designed terrace and balcony balustrades, resulting in larger gaps in some areas.
