House of medieval origin and completely renovated with capacity for 6 people. Careful to detail and innovative design the house offers all the comforts to stay during your stay. Located on a pedestrian street in the old town of Alcudia, we are just a minute walk from the Plaza Mayor, restaurants and shops and 1500 meters from the white sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcudia.
The house was completely renovated in 2017, respecting the original elements that characterize it.
On the ground floor of the house are the common areas: We accessed by a large open space where are the living room, dining room and kitchen. Through the window we can see the outside area, site that will be the nucleus of life during the summer months: Patio with pool to cool off, a large porch with seating areas, eat, and another kitchen equipped with barbecue. Here we also find the lingerie and a washbasin. In the hall of the house you can store bicycles.
The rooms are located on the two upper floors. Each room has a bathroom en suite.
On the second floor there is also a solarium terrace with views of the village and the mountains of the Tramuntana mountain range.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and other amenities such as smart TV with satellite connection, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. You can park the car for free on the street in the vicinity of the house (200m).
