At both ends of the living-dining room there are 2 steps down to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, sea views and access to the swimming pool area. The other 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with a shower in each of them. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets. All the bedrooms and the living-room have air conditioning . The exterior of the property has a large parking area for 2 cars, a garden area with beautiful Mediterranean trees and shrubs, a lovely swimming pool with an open shower, a sunbathing area by the sea with 6 sunbeds. There is also a beautiful terrace with outdoor kitchen and an excellent outdoor dining table with barbecue.
