Our top-equipped apartment on the ground floor of a quiet three-family house has on a floor space of about 120 sqm luxury class 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious and open living and dining area with an adjacent high-quality kitchen. From the living and kitchen area leads into the 40 sqm large porch with access to the terrace and the pool area (4 x 8 m) with outdoor shower. The private garden and pool is exclusive to our guests of this apartment. In addition, it has heating and air conditioning (k / w).
The apartment is centrally located. Pedestrian area, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity. You can go for a nice stroll and will usually find what you are looking for in this great offer. Every Wednesday in summer also the very popular night market takes place. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The natural beach "Es Trenc" is also within walking distance. The "Es Trenc" is not unjustly called "the Caribbean of Mallorca". You can go for hours on foot and find unspoilt beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines or in the other direction via Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita you will find everything that makes a dream vacation. Bicycles can be rented in the village. During the day there is a regular bus service to Palma. Every day a tour boat goes to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, batuka ... The beautiful harbor, beaches, shops, restaurants etc. can all be easily reached on foot. 40 km to Palma de Mallorca.
