In the exterior of this fantastic property, you will find a large terrace where you can relax and sunbathe thanks to the sun loungers available. On the porch, you can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it all together in the outdoor dining area. At the entrance to the house, you can extend your evenings in the furnished area, having a drink with your companions. Please note that as there are neighbours nearby, privacy is partial.
The interiors of the house are distributed on one floor and have central heating. The living-dining room is equipped with AC, Smart TV and satellite channels. The kitchen is open to the dining room, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can use any of the 3 bedrooms equipped with a fan. One of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub completes the stay. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.
